Check the To line when you use the Reply, maybe they have missconfigured there e-mail server. If you type jwillis@ilgserver.local in the To line and expect it to route to the internet, it will not work. What is your e-mail server?

We are running SBS 2003. We are not routing e-mail through MS Exchange. The reply is right in the boxes. However when we go to Services and turn off all MS Exchange services that are running the problem stops. But everytime we reboot the server we have to manually go in and turn it off.Could there be another problem? Thanks,

Hi again Awalker. I am not too sure about your setup, you say you are not using exchange, but SBS has exchange running in it. THen you say you are not routing through exchange but when you stop the services, things seem to work. What application exactly are you using to send your e-mail? What is the SMTP server you are using? Also, when you say the Reply is in the right box, do you mean the reply is a valid internet address or just that the address is in the To box?
